With eight years of experience in the mortgage industry, Caleb has an excellent track record of working with happy clients and referral partners. In his current role, Caleb works tirelessly originating his own loans as he continues to grow the Jacksonville branch in recruiting fellow loan originators. Well-versed in finance and investing strategies, Caleb is passionate about providing a knowledgeable and exceptional client experience. The department maintains a recovery fund to make payments of certain actual out of pocket damages sustained by borrowers caused by acts of licensed mortgage banker residential mortgage loan originators. A written application for reimbursement from the recovery fund must be filed with and investigated by the department prior to the payment of a claim.
